For blade-control complaints, state whether both lift sides behave equally. Uneven response can help narrow the inspection area.
MG500 blade lift and center-shift cylinders must hold position while cutting forces vary. Internal leakage can force the operator to make repeated corrections.
Start with blade lift cylinders, then center shift, steering, articulation and front wheel leaning cylinders when planning a general hydraulic-cylinder review.
If one side of the blade rises slower, check cylinder bypass, hose restriction, linkage condition and valve delivery. Replacing the wrong side wastes both time and freight cost.
Confirm that pins move freely and cylinder eyes are not forced into position. Misalignment creates side load on the rod and gland.
Provide original part number, machine serial, side or position, quantity and country. Add photos when left/right or mounting differences are possible.
Send the affected side, cylinder number, machine serial and delivery location. We will review suitable supply alternatives.
