For MG430 graders, a cylinder problem may appear first as control delay rather than complete loss of movement. Vomeks supports maintenance teams with replacement cylinder sourcing and practical identification checks for international orders.

Tell us whether the issue is leakage, slow travel, drift, noise or damaged mounting. Attach a part reference and machine serial whenever possible.
Delayed movement can come from cylinder bypass, restricted flow, a control-valve issue or low system pressure. Correct diagnosis prevents purchasing a cylinder for a fault located elsewhere.
Relevant positions include articulation, steering, blade lift, wheel lean and center shift. Each uses different mounting and stroke requirements.
For steering instability, inspect steering and articulation cylinders first. For blade-control problems, prioritize lift and center-shift cylinders before less-related functions.
After installation, bleed trapped air as required, cycle the function without shock loading and inspect all connections for leakage. Recheck pins and retainers after initial operation.
Part number, machine serial and cylinder function are the preferred identifiers. Measurements and photos should support—not replace—confirmed application data.
