CIFA CONCRETE PUMP SPARE PARTS

Replacement parts supply for CIFA concrete pumping systems, from high-wear S-valve components to hydraulic cylinders, mixer drives and concrete delivery parts.

Concrete pumps work in an abrasive, pressure-loaded cycle where wear at the pumping unit can quickly affect output and jobsite continuity. For purchasing teams and service companies, the priority is not simply finding a similar-looking component; it is confirming the correct CIFA reference before the machine loses more productive time. Vomeks supports international inquiries with part-number checking, dimensional cross-checks and worldwide export supply.

Parts for the CIFA Pumping Cycle

Different areas of a concrete pump experience different loads. Material-contact components face abrasion, switching parts work under repeated movement, and hydraulic or mixer assemblies must remain reliable through long pour cycles. Our supply scope therefore covers both routine wear items and mechanical or hydraulic components needed for planned repairs and breakdown response.

Wear Clues That Matter Before Ordering

Loss of sealing around the S-valve area, visible concrete bypass, declining pumping consistency or abnormal clearance between mating wear surfaces can point to wear plate, wear ring, bush or related component deterioration. Replacing one visible item without checking the mating surfaces may leave the underlying clearance problem unresolved, so related wear components should be assessed together when the pump is opened for service.

Matching S6, S8, S9 and Dimensional Variants

CIFA references in this range include different S-valve and wear-system configurations as well as cylinders and rods identified by dimensions. A description such as “wear ring” or “hydraulic cylinder” alone is not a safe purchasing reference. The original part number is preferred; where it is unavailable, machine information, measured dimensions and clear photos of mounting points or worn components can provide the evidence needed for a more reliable match.

Mixer and Agitator Problems During Concrete Handling

Irregular mixer movement, increasing play at the shaft, unusual drive noise or leakage around supporting areas can indicate that the problem extends beyond a single paddle or seal. Shaft splines, reducer supports, bearings, bushings and drive components may need to be checked as an assembly. Identifying the failed interface before ordering helps avoid fitting a new component against a worn mating part.

Maintenance Focus for Abrasive Pump Components

Concrete residue and abrasive fines accelerate damage when cleaning and lubrication routines are delayed. After washout, inspect accessible wear interfaces for uneven contact, check lubrication points and watch for early leakage around cylinder or support areas. Recording part numbers during planned maintenance is also useful: when an urgent replacement is later required, the purchasing team can request the correct reference without relying only on a visual description.

Procurement Support for CIFA Spare Parts

For quotation, send the CIFA part number whenever available together with quantity and delivery country. For uncertain references, add the pump model or serial information, dimensions and photos. Vomeks can then evaluate the request for OEM or high-quality aftermarket supply and provide export-oriented quotation information for international delivery.

Verify Your CIFA Reference Before Ordering

LET US CHECK YOUR CIFA PART REQUEST

Include the part number if known, quantity and delivery country. If the reference is uncertain, add machine details, dimensions or clear photos so the requirement can be checked before quotation.
